Shamanic journey you may achieve by drumming in speed of 200-220 hits per minute for minimum 15 minutes. When you will get to trans state, You may visit Lower World, Upperworld and our, Middle World. The drum serves as a tool for healing, expansion, discovery of one’s Animal Guides, and retrieval of lost soul fragments.
I offer individual sessions and workshops focused on finding Power Animals, connecting with ancestors, building the inner Tree of Life, or journeying to shamanic realms. We create Power Place and seek for helping spirits. I teach how to work with the drum itself, harnessing its vibrations, strengthening it, and establishing communication with it.

Shamanism is a powerful tool for healing and self development.
Additionally, I conduct Soul Retrieval, Soul Remembering, extraction, divination, and psychopomp healing sessions, using techniques from Sandra Ingerman.
